All pieces are made in Kaunas, Lithuania, Baltic states. It’s a family-owned factory since 2001. Our team is passionate manufacturers within first class know-how and innovation. We care about sustainable production and provide CSR, Fair wear. 

Sustainability is at the very core of Luva. All of our garments are made of France and Italian fabrics AND some parts are made from leftovers. The factory produces high end sportswear for Luav cycling. For us, this is the most sustainable way to produce cycling clothing.

Left-overs is basically left over trims from other productions. It is often seen as left overs and ”waste” pieces that were not used in production. For us Luva, it is our reason to be. We always use high quality fabrics in handpicked colors.

If you send in ripped Luva clothing through our repurpose program, we will offer you a discount. The discount vary on quality and amount of pieces.

The majority of fabrics come from premium suppliers as Payen (France), Sofileta (France), Effepi (Italy), Miti (Italy). They all have Oeko-tex standart 100 and some of them are Bluesign certificated. 

The fabrics and components we use are of high quality. We are in charge of everything from sketch to final production. Attention to detail, functionality and quality of materials are prime criteria for our tailors.
